实验技术
常规的细胞培养技术,稀有细胞(CTCs等)的分离、检测和培养技术,分别从小鼠的脾脏和骨髓中分离、检测和培养T细胞和巨噬细胞的技术;纳米材料脂质体和MSN合成技术;转染技术,目标基因质粒载体的构建,Crispr/Cas 9技术,免疫荧光技术,PCR、Elisa、Western Blot等常见的细胞分子生物学技术;鸡蛋绒毛膜尿囊膜技术包括肿瘤转移模型和原位模型的构建,动物实验技术包括肿瘤转移模原位模型的构建,及动物体内药效的分析。
